CTS — Chiquetti Translation Services ("CTS", "we") respects your privacy. This policy describes how we collect, use and protect your information when you visit our site or request our certified translation, notarization and apostille services.
1. Information we collect
Contact information you provide: name, email, phone, WhatsApp. Documents submitted for a quote or translation (may contain sensitive personal data, such as full name, date of birth, identification numbers). Browsing data collected automatically via cookies (pages visited, language preference).
2. How we use your information
To prepare quotes and provide the requested translation, notarization and apostille services. To communicate about the status of your order (WhatsApp, email). For administrative and accounting purposes — we keep records of original and translated documents only for as long as necessary for future reference and tax/accounting obligations.
3. Sharing with third parties
We do not sell or share your personal information or documents with third parties for marketing purposes. Documents may only be shared with: the credentialed translator responsible, our in-house notary public, and — when requested by you — the Florida Department of State, exclusively for apostille purposes.
4. Confidentiality
All CTS staff are bound by a confidentiality agreement. Your documents are never reused, disclosed, or stored beyond what is necessary to provide the service.
5. Cookies

You may request at any time: access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data and stored documents, by contacting us through the channels below.
7. Data retention
We keep copies of documents and contact data for as long as necessary to provide the service, meet accounting/tax obligations, and fulfill the CTS Certified Translation Guarantee.
